Paradigm Nine

Sleek branding for a traditional village development

Paradigm Land is an independently owned property investment and development company based in London, which aims to grow as one of the premier boutique developers in UK property. We developed a sleek logo and brochure for their new residential development Nine, located in Ashtead, Surrey. The chosen logo drew upon elements of the proposed new building on site and the number nine. The property brochure uses a clean, modern design, made up of geometric shapes and a sophisticated colour palette to promote the individual apartments to potential buyers. We also created high end CGI’s of the interiors of the apartments and a bespoke site map and floor plans to give potential buyers an idea of what the building would look like when complete. Other deliverables also included vinyl artwork for hoardings.

Mayfair Private Office

Premium branding to attract global investors

Mayfair Private Office (MPO) is an independent property advisory firm based in London with private and corporate clients all over the world. When they first started up the company, they needed a visual identity and website to reflect the high-end nature of their business. To get to know the client, we kicked off with a workshop to understand their vision for the company. A visual identity was developed using an upmarket font, subtle colour palette and sophisticated photography. We also designed a custom built, fully responsive site with integrated WordPress CMS to enable MPO to update projects and the blog themselves. The site included a timeless identity, full of stylish transitions to reflect the up-market nature of the site and target audience. We are pleased to see our impact has brought positive results.

APT

Clean, simple and informative

APT Living is an apartment and complex development company, niching in renovating office space, with contemporary furnishings available. The branding is clean and modern, some of the deliverables we worked on included creating some eye-catching and informative lightbox displays showcasing the services they provide and their USPs. This greatly helped with their investment from Hong Kong for one of the larger developments at Kew Bridge. This monolithic brand architecture means all developments take on APT branding, with the location as the differentiator – which is easy to roll out for each development.
