Welcome to “The Jungle”, our new FAQ series. In this adventure for the ages, we’ll be cutting through the undergrowth and answering the questions you’re afraid to ask and the things that the other agencies might not be telling you.
We are building a “source of all truth” – a huge library of learning that will swoop beneath the canopy and reveal what it’s like to work with a creative agency. Pricing, processes, problems, projects, and other words beginning with P. It’s all here, and nothing is off-limits.
We’re lifting the leaves on what really goes on – no fluff, no jargon, just honest answers to the questions clients actually ask (and a few they’re too polite to).

“You’re brave for opening this can of worms.” Yes, we are. But someone had to do it. And to ensure we don’t get completely lost in the weeds, we’re looking at five key areas. Or “SPECIMINS!” (To be read in your very best David Bellamy voice.

3. Botanical studies
Much of our work is creating something beautiful. But under the hood, there’s a little more to it. The technicalities, the disciplines, the platforms and the programmes. 4. Survival training
This is a “catch-all” category for all manner of questions, from timeframes and teamwork to AI, SEO, PPC, UGC and more.
