With £30,000,000 worth of development value accrued, 100% success of HMO investments made, and more than 40 educational centres opened, Kane Andrews has gone from musician to eight-figure UK property investor in a matter of years.

Delivering electric investment opportunities with a proven track record, Kane Andrews enlisted Silverback®’s services to create a personal brand and online portal that raised his individual profile while attracting investors to invest in his portfolio of multi-sector ventures.

Together with Kane, we worked on defining a brand strategy that would clearly translate his portfolio and investment potential in both the boardroom and digital space. A commanding, compelling, and visually striking identity was key.

Design

Discovery session done, groundwork complete, and site plan signed off, the Silverback® Troop got to work designing a distinct logo that would serve as Kane’s digital signature and fingerprint for his personal brand. Finding a balance between rockstar and stock star was a challenge met with excitement and in Kane’s own words, “Investors aren’t the stuffy, white-collared men of yesteryear.”

With that said, we designed a visual identity and logo that was contemporary yet evocative of the trust and credibility required to work in the investment sector.

Develop

The website needed to be an extension and a natural evolution of Kane’s logo, but how do you balance the trust required to make high-level investments with a genre of music that generally causes chaos?

Bold fonts to signal strength, high contrasts between dark and light to reveal high performance, and personal video reels that showcase Kane’s adventurous personality to provide a multi-perspective platform from which investors can learn, discover, and contact Kane.
